Job Title: Strategic Marketing Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Strategic Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on planning, execution, and tracking results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in campaign planning by conducting market research and competitor analysis to shape effective strategies.
  • Help develop campaign themes and messaging aligned with our target audience.
  • Run digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Support email marketing efforts by segmenting email lists and managing basic campaigns.
  • Contribute to publishing optimized blog posts and other content through SEO & Content Marketing.
  • Assist with paid advertising by setting up and reporting Google Ads campaigns.
  • Generate ideas, write, and edit content for campaigns, including ad copy and web content.
  • Support event marketing efforts by assisting with on-site logistics and content creation for virtual and in-person events.
  • Monitor campaign metrics and prepare basic performance reports.
  • Support offline marketing efforts by creating print materials and managing event logistics.
  • Help set up and manage basic automated drip campaigns for lead nurturing.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in campaign management or digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong writing skills and an eye for design.
  • Basic ability to interpret data and assist in optimizing campaign performance.
  • Good time-management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects.
