Marketing Campaign Strategist Role

  • This is a contract opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join a consultancy specializing in people strategy and talent optimization.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, exceptional copywriting skills, and strong storytelling ability. They will be responsible for designing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, amplify the brand, and fuel revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Planning and launching multi-channel marketing campaigns
  2. Crafting email templates, nurture sequences, video sales letter scripts, landing page copy, and ad campaigns that convert
  3. Managing and proofing work from designers and video editors
  4. Overseeing workflows, automations, and segmentation for lead nurture and reporting
  5. Submitting monthly marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations

Key Requirements:

  • Outcome-focused, organized, proactive, collaborative, bold yet practical
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience
