Job Title: Digital Marketing Professional

This role involves providing support for digital marketing efforts, particularly in the legal or professional services industry. Key responsibilities include content creation, campaign management, and social media planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation:
    • Design visuals and videos using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Email & SMS Marketing:
    • Create and manage campaigns via Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or Instantly.
  • SEO & GMB Support:
    • Assist with Google Business Profile optimization and implement SEO best practices using tools like Ahrefs and Surfer SEO.
  • Website Support:
    • Update and maintain website content on WordPress or WebFlow.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track performance metrics and provide marketing reports.
  • CRM & Communication Tools:
    • Manage workflows and communication through HubSpot (preferred), Aloware, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (bonus points for background in legal or professional services).
  • Skilled in graphic design using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google Business Profiles and basic SEO.
  • Experience managing projects and reporting on marketing performance.
  • Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
