About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing effective CRM strategies to drive player engagement and retention.
  • We require someone who can analyze player behavior, identify areas for improvement, and implement targeted campaigns to increase player loyalty.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of retention initiatives. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and execute comprehensive CRM plans to boost player engagement and reduce churn.
  2. Analyze campaign results, player behavior, and market trends to inform future strategies.
  3. Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis software such as Tableau or Power BI.

Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a CRM, user retention, or marketing role within the Casino / Sportsbook / Sweepstakes space.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute lifecycle campaigns that increase player engagement and retention.
