Job Overview

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team. As a key player in the development of high-performing ad concepts, you will be responsible for ideating and delivering engaging Meta ads that drive results.

As a Creative Strategist, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute ad campaigns across multiple products and customer avatars. Your primary responsibility will be to generate 15-25 fresh ad concepts per week tailored for Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This includes writing direct response copy and creative briefs with strong hooks, pacing, and structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute ad campaigns across multiple products and customer avatars

  • Write direct response copy and creative briefs with strong hooks, pacing, and structure
  • Conduct market research to uncover customer pain points, desires, and objections
  • Source content from UGC creators across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and UGC marketplaces
  • Analyze performance and iterate on ad creative to improve conversions
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a direct response or performance creative role
  • Deep knowledge of video pacing, ad storytelling, attention hooks, and scroll psychology
  • Strong direct response copywriting ability, especially for Meta video ads
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize creative based on performance data
  • Experience working with UGC creators and content sourcing platforms
  • Able to leverage AI tools to increase output without sacrificing quality
