- Track projects using Asana and maintain accurate records.
- Review contracts and manage documentation for completeness.
- Organize receipts and track purchases.
- Maintain travel logs, including arrangements and documentation.
- Record meetings and use Otter for transcription and meeting notes.
- Conduct regular file reviews to ensure completeness and organization.
- Manage email on behalf of the team, prioritizing and responding to messages.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in Asana, calendar management tools, and email platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with transcription tools and screen recording software is a plus.
