As a skilled coordinator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative and project-based tasks assigned by the program manager.

The role requires a high degree of organization, communication skills, and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing general mailboxes and responding to inquiries from hiring managers and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assisting the program manager, specialists, hiring managers, and suppliers during all stages of the requisition and contingent worker management processes
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, including ensuring all onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time
  • Monitoring missing timesheets, expenses, and invoice submissions, and following up with associates and managers to ensure approval completion by payroll deadline
  • Facilitating timesheet uploads in the VMS system and processing bonuses, expense reimbursements, or other ad hoc billing requirements

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • High school diploma plus 1-3 years' experience as a recruiting assistant, staffing coordinator, or administrative assistant
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft suite of products and Adobe
  • Knowledge of VMS, HRIS, or ATS systems, office administrative procedures, and standard office equipment

This is an entry-level position, and travel is expected to be minimal. The work environment is professional and largely sedentary, requiring occasional lifting of files or objects.
