Job Opportunity: We are seeking a part-time operations specialist to ensure seamless project execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee scheduling, task management, and workflow coordination across teams.
  • Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and project status updates.
  • Coordinate between strategy, creative, and data teams to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
  • Support vendor and contractor onboarding, invoicing, and communication.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and support leadership in operational decision-making.
  • Provide weekly operational reports on progress, resource allocation, and upcoming needs.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of operations, project management, or administrative coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar).
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
