
Customer Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a customer service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and file legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Analyze and organize case evidence to aid attorneys in case preparation.
- Handle billing processes, perform administrative duties, and prepare/send invoices to clients.
Candidates should have effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with near-native proficiency preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the BPO customer service industry is required; billing and invoicing experience is a plus.
