About the Role

We are seeking a talented Channel Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities to support sales and partner objectives. Your primary focus will be on driving demand generation, sales enablement, relationship management, product release and launches, customer marketing, competitive analysis, and ensuring marketing ROI.

  • Drive demand generation through account-based marketing, events, promotions, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Create sales tools and training materials to empower sales teams to effectively articulate product value and overcome objections.
  • Build strong working relationships with LATAM service providers and partner teams.
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches, features, and updates.
  • Work with partners to develop customer case studies and testimonials for awareness, develop sales pitches, and gather customer feedback for product development.
  • Deliver competitive analysis on regional UC and CC markets, create resources, and identify opportunities to optimize marketing activities.
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience in Channel Marketing required, with experience managing National Partners preferred.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) at a business level.
  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
  • Able to develop and implement customer-specific marketing programs independently.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to problem solve, and provide great work with limited supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management, decision-making, prioritization, and organization skills.
  • Must be able to work well with others as part of a team.
  • Campaign management experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.
  • Experience within the technology industry, preferably in UCaaS, CCaS, or SaaS companies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
