Marketing Role Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our Commercial team in Manila. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for producing engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This includes writing compelling SEO-focused content, crafting engaging social media updates, and reporting on the full marketing mix.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies that deliver our objectives, and maintain brand consistency throughout all messaging and visual media.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to create optimised copy for a range of channels, leveraging AI to streamline work without overreliance. Experience in the recruitment, finance, or tech industry is desirable, along with Google Search Console / Google Analytics experience and other marketing tools.

You will also be responsible for conducting research into industry trends, potential partners, and competitors, and delivering cross-department marketing support, including sales, product, design, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with our Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies that deliver our objectives.
  • Create and distribute content calendars across all our channels, including topic ideation and creative briefs for the Design team.
  • Analyse and optimise campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Conduct research into industry trends, potential partners, and competitors.
  • Deliver cross-department marketing support, including sales, product, design, and customer success.
Requirements:
  • A strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in creating optimised copy for a range of channels.

  • Familiarity with Google Search Console / Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
