We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to fill the role of Junior Marketing Associate. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, partner webinars, and major regional industry conferences by managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Content Creation & Coordination: Develop engaging organic social media content, facilitate thought leadership content, and work closely with designers to create visually appealing materials.
  • Ongoing Marketing Support: Prepare and update sales and product marketing materials, support PR efforts, and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  • Campaign & Competitor Insights: Assist in analyzing campaign performance, conduct competitor research, and help monitor content performance using data-driven approaches.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (internship experience welcome).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable working with designers and supporting light content creation, including video production.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
