About the role

We are seeking a talented Social Media Ambassador to join our dynamic team at QQEnglish in Cebu City, Cebu. As a Social Media Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing our company's online presence across various social media platforms. This is a full-time position, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the success of our digital and search marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services

  • Create and curate compelling content, including text, images, and videos, to attract and engage our target audience

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing strategies

  • Analyse social media analytics and performance data to identify trends, optimise content, and measure the impact of our social media efforts

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates

  • Identify and leverage opportunities to increase our online visibility and engagement

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and their unique dynamics

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and effective content

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

  • Creativity and a keen eye for visually appealing content

  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms

  • Knowledge of digital marketing and search engine optimisation (SEO) best practices
