Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to design, implement, and maintain automated workflows across multiple business systems. Your expertise in workflow automation will enable teams to work smarter and more efficiently.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implementing process improvements. You will be responsible for building and maintaining automated workflows using n8n, connecting and synchronizing various SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.

Your skills in Power Automate and Power Query will allow you to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards. Additionally, you will create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.

You will also be responsible for monitoring automated workflows, troubleshooting errors, and optimizing performance for reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated workflows using n8n, ensuring efficient and reliable execution across multiple business systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows using n8n, connecting and synchronizing various SaaS platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards using Power Automate and Power Query.
  • Create and manage API integrations with project management, CRM, and communication tools to eliminate manual work.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
Requirements
  • Proven experience with n8n workflow automation (must-have).
  • Strong proficiency in Airtable (schemas, formulas, automations, API integration).
  • Skilled in Power Automate and Power Query for Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
  • Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or scripting (JavaScript/Python).
About the Role
  • 2–4+ years of experience in operations automation, systems integration, or process improvement roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.
