
Senior Business Growth Strategist

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our client engagements and drive commercial success.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with senior clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex client engagements across multiple industries and problem statements.
- Direct the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
- Own senior client relationships from mid-level to C-suite to drive commercial success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and generate enthusiasm for our recommendations.
- Guide teams through complex problem-solving to deliver business-focused solutions and recommendations.
- Motivate project delivery teams to produce high-quality deliverables and create a collaborative environment.
- Own relationships with internal stakeholders to scope projects, create relevant solutions, and build intellectual capital.
- Lead on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship for direct and outside team members.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.
- Experience coaching and leading teams across large strategic consulting engagements.
- Experience leading senior client relationships.
- Deep knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and lead proposal development.
- Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis.
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant industry expertise.
- MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization.
