Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our client engagements and drive commercial success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building strong relationships with senior clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex client engagements across multiple industries and problem statements.
  • Direct the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
  • Own senior client relationships from mid-level to C-suite to drive commercial success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and generate enthusiasm for our recommendations.
  • Guide teams through complex problem-solving to deliver business-focused solutions and recommendations.
  • Motivate project delivery teams to produce high-quality deliverables and create a collaborative environment.
  • Own relationships with internal stakeholders to scope projects, create relevant solutions, and build intellectual capital.
  • Lead on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship for direct and outside team members.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree with work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.
  • Experience coaching and leading teams across large strategic consulting engagements.
  • Experience leading senior client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and lead proposal development.
  • Logical, structured thinking, and affinity for numerical analysis.
  • Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant industry expertise.
  • MBA or master's degree with relevant specialization.
