Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming and outgoing calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current clients.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to applicants, taking the time to address each of their questions.
  • Redirect customers to respective departments when necessary.
  • Find and implement solutions for each customer, whether it's adjusting payment dates, processing early payments, or restructuring loan terms.
  • Collect customer testimonials and handle reviews.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, funding, and reports.

What You'll Need:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO - North American Account.
  • 1 year of experience working with Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets.
  • A reliable internet connection.
