
Customer Service Professional

Key Responsibilities:- Answer incoming and outgoing calls, live chats, emails, and text messages from current clients.
- Provide clear and accurate information to applicants, taking the time to address each of their questions.
- Redirect customers to respective departments when necessary.
- Find and implement solutions for each customer, whether it's adjusting payment dates, processing early payments, or restructuring loan terms.
- Collect customer testimonials and handle reviews.
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, funding, and reports.

What You'll Need:- 3-5+ years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO - North American Account.
- 1 year of experience working with Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets.
- A reliable internet connection.
- Monthly salary: Competitive.
