Join our dynamic team of customer service professionals at Roshace Corporation as a Customer Service Representative (Local) based in Bacoor City, Cavite. In this full-time position, you will be the friendly voice that connects our customers to the products and services they need. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will play a key role in supporting our business objectives and driving growth.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
  2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  3. Provide accurate information about our products and services
  4. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
  5. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell relevant products
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. At least Highschool Graduate
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns
  4. Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred
  5. A positive, empathetic, and customer-centric attitude
