">Job Description">This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify key metrics, business questions, and reporting needs. You will facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to uncover pain points, success measures, and opportunities for improvement. Your task will be to translate business processes and goals into measurable KPIs and performance indicators.
">- Partner with functional teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing) to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Develop trusted reporting and analytics by working with data from multiple sources.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong foundation in data analysis and business intelligence. A bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems) is required. Certifications in data analysis are desirable but not necessary.
">- 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience working with modern BI tools (Power BI preferred) and a strong understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
- Proven ability to work with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
