Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the transformation of people data into clear and reliable insights.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with data, using business analytics tools to provide actionable insights that drive organizational decisions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and refresh recurring people metrics on monthly/quarterly cadences.
  • Validate and clean datasets from HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll providers).
  • Update and QA existing dashboards, ensure filters and definitions work as intended.
  • Pull extracts and run basic analyses to support data analysis and investigations.
  • Maintain data processing notes so logic is traceable and repeatable.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in data/people analytics, HR reporting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, nested formulas).
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus.
  • Experience with HR data, especially from HRIS/ATS/payroll platforms would be beneficial.
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-through.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
