Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support our Sales Operations team in driving revenue growth, optimizing inventory, and reducing operational inefficiencies.

This role will be pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will be an expert in SQL, dashboards, reporting, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis.

  • Sales & Inventory Forecasting: Develop and maintain demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels. Identify trends in historical sales, seasonal demand, and product lifecycle.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, inventory health, and operational KPIs. Deliver reporting packages to stakeholders.
  • ERP Management & Optimizations: Act as the primary liaison for ERP integrations, coordinating with internal and external teams. Ensure APIs are connected and functioning correctly.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze datasets. Explore and apply AI-powered tools to expedite analysis and improve forecasting accuracy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in consumer products or retail.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, BI tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools for forecasting and data automation is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
