We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our growing team of data professionals. This is a unique opportunity to shape analytics-ready datasets that fuel business intelligence dashboards and reports.

Job Description

This role involves developing and maintaining analytics-ready datasets, writing optimized SQL queries for data cleaning, transformation, and metric development, designing scalable data models, collaborating with analysts, engineers, and business teams to translate requirements into data solutions, partnering with data engineers to ensure pipelines are reliable and high-performing, building and maintaining BI dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, or Tableau, ensuring data quality through testing, documentation, and version control, and supporting data governance with structured data definitions and clear documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in data insights and analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL for complex data transformations and calculations.
  • Experience building analytics-ready tables and datasets for reporting.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling concepts such as star schema.
  • Experience with Looker or similar BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
