Job Overview

This role involves leading a team and creating training content to meet client needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct workshops to identify client requirements and develop design proposals.
  • Design and implement diverse training methodologies, focusing on experiential learning that prepares consultants for various customer interactions.
  • Develop assessments to measure the effectiveness of training designs.
  • Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and resolving project issues.
  • Manage project risks and collaborate with the team to mitigate concerns.
Leadership and Performance Management
  • Analyze team performance regularly to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop a roadmap for innovation strategies and share it with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee financial documents, including budget approvals and expense trackers.
  • Train trainers to equip them with necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Use Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • More than 10 years' experience in a learning environment, focusing on training curriculum design, development, and delivery.
  • Proven leadership experience within a learning solutions environment or similar.
  • Extensive experience in Instructional Design and/or Training Delivery.
  • Understanding of the ADDIE and SAM Processes.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Adult Learning Principles.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of instructional design, project management, and adult learning principles. They should be able to lead teams, develop training content, and analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement.
