  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify development needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Apply adult learning theories and best practices to create engaging training programs.
  • Utilize presentation and facilitation tools to effectively communicate and engage audiences.
  • Possess knowledge of and experience in using training system technologies and classroom tools.
  • Apply classroom management and facilitation techniques to various situations.
  • Provide feedback on course design and content to improve learning outcomes.
  • Engage with participants and stakeholders to ensure successful learning experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service or call center industries is required.
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to facilitate training in both virtual and in-person settings.
  • Strong communication, engagement, and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications to create and display reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Apply working knowledge in the application of concepts and principles to perform varied tasks.
  • Work on projects of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Identify possible solutions to technical problems and take actions to resolve.
  • Apply judgment within defined parameters.
  • Receive general guidance may receive more detailed instruction on new projects.
  • Work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy.
