We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join our Tax team.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable transactions, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring efficiency in all financial transactions for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Financial Records: Record day-to-day financial transactions accurately and post the necessary information.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions promptly and accurately.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Reconcile bank statements regularly and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute financial statements, reports, and budgets on time.
  • Audit Support: Assist with audits and ensure that all financial data is accurate and readily available.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper
  • Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Knowledge of IFRS or another accounting framework
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Excel
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
