Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Merchandise Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient merchandise operations across both retail and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage merchandise administration, including purchase orders, stock-keeping units, barcoding, pricing, and allocations.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while coordinating replenishments and inter-store transfers.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular stocktakes, variance reporting, and adjustments.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, work-in-progress listings, and forecasting spreadsheets.
  • Support merchandise planning and, where applicable, manage product listings on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay).
  • Collaborate with teams to respond to store requests and communicate stock movement updates.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a comparable retail business, with expertise in both store and ecommerce environments.
  • Hands-on experience working with Shopify and other retail point-of-sale systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and data management.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A results-driven mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
