Accounting Professional Wanted

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage the day-to-day accounting operations for multiple portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain full-cycle accounting for multiple entities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with budget preparation, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Support audits and tax preparation processes in coordination with external auditors and advisors.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and service providers for timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Utilize NetSuite for financial data management across client entities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
  • Preferably with construction pay applications and bank draws experience.
  • Real estate experience is required.
  • Manufacturing and distribution experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with NetSuite ERP is required.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
