Job Overview

A career as a Customer Experience Ambassador involves assisting customers' journeys in using digital channels via face-to-face digital user assistance or education.

The role entails attending to sales and service needs of customers, approving and processing sales and services applications and transactions in the system, and processing payments for bills, purchases, and other transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree holder with a strong academic background.
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer-facing roles, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work in a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic technical proficiency in CRM tools, POS systems, or online platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in handling customer complaints and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service through digital user assistance and education.
  2. Attend to sales and service needs of customers, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
  3. Process sales and services applications and transactions efficiently and accurately.
