Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions for both B2B and B2C segments.

This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tactics, such as SEO, paid media, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences to drive lead generation, conversion, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Oversee and execute SEO strategy, ensuring that content is optimized for organic search and driving high-quality traffic.
  • Manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to maximize ROI and ensure that paid strategies are aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across various platforms for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Lead content marketing efforts for both B2B and B2C channels, including blog posts, landing pages, white papers, case studies, videos, and email campaigns.
  • Design and implement targeted email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns across all channels to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Develop and optimize lead-generation funnels for both B2B and B2C audiences, working closely with the sales team to ensure the conversion of leads into customers.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance and implement on-page SEO best practices to improve organic rankings.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the sales, product, and content teams to ensure digital marketing strategies align with business objectives, product launches, and customer needs.
