Strategic Business Development Manager

Job Description:
A Key Accounts Manager is required to lead in winning customers and their consumers. You will be responsible for achieving the volume budget by aligning company plans with customer priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Prepare annual customer business plan, conduct regular selling and retail calls, and negotiate major business development programs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Lead in resolving issues with customers, guide them in planning order and inventory patterns, and submit customer forecasts.
- Inventory Management: Check and manage inventory in trade to reduce bad order stocks and expired products.
- Program Execution: Jointly develop and lead execution of promotions, merchandising drives, and brand and trade programs at store level.
- Category and Customer Business Building: Champion major category and customer business building programs from conceptualization to implementation.
- Agency Coaching: Provide indirect coaching to agency representatives who support sales and the total company.
- Partnerships: Build productive partnerships with customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration or related business courses.
- Work Experience: 2+ years in modern trade and account management preferably in FMCG or food and beverage manufacturing.
- Skills: Working knowledge in trade program execution and merchandising, background in trade spend management and negotiations.
Work Setup: On-site/Field Sales
Shift Schedule: Day shift, Monday Friday
Location: Cebu
Salary: The estimated salary for this role is PHP 45,000 - PHP 65,000 per month, depending on experience.
