About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Business Growth Specialist to drive customer success and satisfaction. This critical position plays a pivotal role in fostering long-lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while utilizing our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute tailored strategies to deliver exceptional customer experiences, driving growth and retention.
  • Maintain open communication channels with customers, addressing inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, providing a single point of contact for seamless support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customers meet their goals, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, providing valuable insights to inform product development and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate the value of our offerings to drive customer renewals, mitigating churn by proactively addressing at-risk accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years' experience in customer success, account management, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • A customer-centric mindset, passion for helping others succeed, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
