We are a dynamic organization seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Office Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing various administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Office Coordination: Lead PH office coordination, oversee daily activities, and ensure adherence to company policies.
  2. Facilities Management: Manage office facilities, including seating arrangements, maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
  3. Vendor Relationships: Handle vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality for office needs.
  4. IT Equipment Management: Oversee IT equipment management, including inventory, repairs, and resets.
  5. Employee Experience: Plan and execute Employee Experience (EX) events, team-building activities, and workplace initiatives.
  6. Logistics and Inventory: Manage EX-related logistics, inventory, and supplier sourcing for HR kits and merch.
  7. Timekeeping and Attendance: Oversee timekeeping, track attendance, and enforce company policies globally.
  8. Payroll Assistance: Assist with payroll preparation by providing attendance data and leave records.
  9. Airbnb Management: Manage Airbnb properties, bookings, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest experience.
  10. Marketing Strategies: Implement marketing strategies to enhance property occupancy and reputation.
