Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front office team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all front office transactions, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Monitor and control front office expenses, maintaining within budgetary guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Identify training needs and develop plans to enhance team performance and skills.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to ensure the success of the hotel.
Requirements
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front office management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Technical skills, including proficiency in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and computer literacy.
- Service-oriented attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Able to work under pressure, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
