Marketing Campaigns Manager

We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Campaigns Manager to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives for our real estate projects. This role requires a skilled professional with strong project management skills, excellent presentation abilities, and a passion for travel and teamwork.

  • Job Description:

The ideal candidate will assist in crafting compelling marketing strategies, conducting market research, and analyzing initiative performance to provide insights and recommendations for sales growth. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution, manage project timelines and budgets, and coordinate with international offices and partners to align marketing efforts across regions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for real estate projects.
  2. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in target regions.
  3. Support the creation of end-to-end campaign plans, including events, prints, digital, and partnerships.
  4. Monitor and analyze initiative performance, providing insights and recommendations for sales growth.
  • Project Coordination & Execution:
  1. Work closely with internal teams (corporate marketing and sales) and external agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  2. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet marketing objectives.
  3. Coordinate with international offices and partners to align marketing efforts across regions.
  • Event Management & Promotions:
  1. Plan and execute international property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and client engagement events.
  2. Liaise with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event operations.
  3. Develop promotional materials and presentations for events and briefing of sales teams.
  • Brand & Content Development:
  1. Assist in crafting compelling marketing collaterals and other marketing tools for selling and lead-generation.
  2. Ensure brand consistency across all international markets.
  • Stakeholder & Client Engagement:
  1. Support sales teams with marketing tools and presentations for international clients.
  2. Build relationships with sales teams and other business units essential for all engagements and initiatives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years in marketing, advertising preferably in real estate or agency environments. With total of 5 years of experience in related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills (comfortable presenting to agencies and stakeholders).
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Real estate industry experience (developer, agency, or property marketing).
