About the role

We are seeking a talented Payroll Billing Review Associate to join our growing team at Golden Century Marketing. This full-time position is based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental and will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll billing reviews.

What you'll be doing

  • Reviewing payroll information and billing statements for accuracy and compliance

  • Reconciling payroll data with company records and identifying any discrepancies

  • Preparing and submitting timely and accurate payroll billing reports

  • Providing support and guidance to employees on payroll billing-related matters

  • Assisting with the implementation of new payroll billing processes

  • Maintaining meticulous records and documentation to ensure audit readiness

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a payroll or accounting role, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-client environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills

  • Proficiency in using payroll software

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines

  • Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance or a related field
