We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Strategist to join our team. As an expert in digital marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing plans that align with our overall marketing objectives.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Influencer Marketing Plans: Create strategies that leverage influencers to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Source and Engage Influencers: Identify and collaborate with influencers who resonate with our brand and target audience.
  • Cultivate Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and brand partners.
  • Manage Campaigns: Oversee campaign timelines, content creation, and deliverables in collaboration with influencers and the marketing team.
  • Analyze and Report Performance: Use analytics tools to measure performance, generate reports, and optimize future marketing initiatives.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with our social media, content, and paid marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of campaigns into broader marketing efforts.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, with a solid background in broader marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, influencer trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
