Leadership Role for Regional Delivery

This leadership position oversees the execution of client implementation and delivery projects within the payments industry across MEA and APAC regions.


Responsibilities:
  • Define regional delivery strategy aligning with commercial, product, and operational priorities.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and playbooks for delivering complex payment solutions to enterprise merchants.
  • Establish and maintain global standards for implementation quality, timelines, and documentation.
  • Lead a regional delivery team consisting of Delivery Implementation Managers across different markets.
  • Set and monitor KPIs around time-to-live, delivery velocity, customer satisfaction, and internal process adherence.
  • Ensure effective resourcing and alignment of regional delivery teams to execute implementation plans.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex delivery issues and ensure alignment across key internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate feature-readiness and commercial handoff.
  • Drive operational readiness for launches.
  • Engage with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years in implementation, delivery, or onboarding in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech.
  • Strong understanding of integration models and delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Results-driven mindset and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
