Job Title: Regional Delivery Excellence Lead

The Regional Delivery Excellence Lead is responsible for driving organizational improvement in project delivery across the Asia region.

This includes demonstrating leadership by example of best practice project delivery, developing improved project delivery systems, and setting projects up for success through bids and launch support.

The incumbent will support project delivery improvement, achieve improved business performance, and develop and lead project teams on approved internal projects to improve project delivery outcomes.

Additionally, the incumbent will ensure that all business activities are carried out in accordance with SJ values, ethics, and code of conduct.
