Influencer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our influencer and community engagement strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, building relationships with, and activating influencers across various campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and building relationships with influencers aligned with our brand values.
- Negotiating terms, expectations, and fees for paid collaborations and x-deals.
- Executing monthly product seeding campaigns for our brands.
- Proposing fresh ideas and strategies to amplify influencer activations.
- Creating content briefs and guidelines to ensure influencer-generated content aligns with our brand messaging and image.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or related fields.
- A strong understanding of social media trends, engagement tactics, and influencer partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for managing influencers.
- Ability to track and analyze campaign performance and propose optimizations.
- Passion for building relationships and engaging communities.
