We are seeking a skilled representative to support our global employee population across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities- Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, job changes, and terminations.
- Provide expert support for employee inquiries related to HR policies, processes, and tools across supported regions.
- Coordinate pre-hire onboarding steps and virtual I-9 processing for US employees.
- Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of employee records.
- Support basic HR reporting needs.
- Contribute to maintaining process documentation and driving consistency across global operations.
- Maintain and audit employment records.
- Support compliance efforts by assisting with employment-related audits and reports.
- Ability to work flexible hours in the US Pacific Time zone.
- 2–3 years of experience in People Operations for a global organization.
- Familiarity with employee lifecycle processing and experience with data management in an HRIS.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and SharePoint).
- Ability to analyze and validate data accurately and thoroughly.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong professional proficiency in written and verbal English.
- Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player.
