At a business focused on e-commerce, we are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to play a key role in daily operations and customer service. As the primary point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for preparing accurate quotes, supporting administrative tasks, and assisting with customer communication.

Responsibilities
  • Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplaces by updating product listings, pricing, and content.
  • Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels.
  • Coordinate domestic and international orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels and generate reports to support supply chain forecasting.
  • Support marketing campaigns and trade events while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate on website development and provide technical support.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years' experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations is required.
  • Proficiency in Shopify and order management/finance systems such as DEAR, StarShipit, or Xero is necessary.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • The ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights is critical.
