Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Employee Experience Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and People Experience, excellent organizational skills, and a strong customer service orientation.

  • This role will involve delivering an empathic and customer service-focused experience for everyone at the organization.

  • You will work with the People team to support employee questions and inquiries, ensuring high-level customer service and innovative approaches to People Operations.

ResponsibilitiesKey Tasks

  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests and maintaining personnel records.

  • This role will be in a global team, spanning multiple locations, specifically the delivery of new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.

  • Coordinate HR-related documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, change letters, and HR-related correspondence.

  • Manage employee data in our HRIS while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Systems, Automation & Reporting

  • Develop automation of HR processes to eliminate manual repetitive tasks.

  • Ensure rigorous QA processes are implemented and followed for all data entry tasks.

  • Owning the People Confluence space and Human Resources Google drive, ensuring documents are up-to-date and accurate.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.

  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions, and performance management processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired.

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software.
