Virtual Assistant - Support Specialist

This role involves providing high-level administrative support to a team, with tasks including email management, calendar coordination, and data collection. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage email correspondence and respond on behalf of the team when necessary
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings
  • Maintain and organize digital files and records
  • Perform document preparation, data entry, and form completion
  • Assist with social media updates and light content creation
  • Coordinate with team members and vendors as required
  • Track and follow up on tasks, ensuring timely delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in virtual assistance or administrative support
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with task/project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or invoicing (QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools
