Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence and respond on behalf of the team when necessary
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Maintain and organize digital files and records
- Perform document preparation, data entry, and form completion
- Assist with social media updates and light content creation
- Coordinate with team members and vendors as required
- Track and follow up on tasks, ensuring timely delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in virtual assistance or administrative support
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with task/project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or invoicing (QuickBooks, Xero)
- Basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools
