Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM professional to provide strategic expertise in the U.S. Benefits area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize deep knowledge of the Workday HCM product suite to drive business outcomes and ensure seamless integration with legacy systems.
  • Lead teams or coach others to gather and document client requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, and demonstrate configurations through prototype systems.
  • Work closely with data conversion teams to convert legacy data into Workday, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.
  • Collaborate with integration consulting teams to configure and test integrations between Workday and third-party or custom solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to new consultants, promoting the sharing of best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Facilitate the adoption of Workday best practices among clients, driving long-term success and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with project managers, providing regular status updates and highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday certifications and qualifications, ensuring continued expertise and value delivery to clients.
