Medical Intake Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Medical Intake Representative to join our team. As the face and voice of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to Veterans.

  • Job Description:
  • Sell and present a private medical consulting service to U.S. Military Veterans who need assistance with pursuing VA disability benefits.
  • Establish rapport, demonstrate compassion, and create motivation with veteran clients to gather necessary documents and build an initial review strategy.
  • Articulate thoughts in a precise and professional manner to ensure clear understanding of our process and services.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum six months BPO experience.
  • Able to report onsite in Clark Freeport Zone, Angeles City, Pampanga.
  • Two years of metrics-based telephone sales/client relations or account management in a high-volume customer environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
