We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Management Software Implementer to join our team. This is a highly skilled position that requires strong knowledge of construction software setup, configuration, and customization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in importing and organizing vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation. They will also be responsible for creating standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Configure and customize construction software platforms to meet business requirements.
  2. Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation to ensure accurate project tracking.
  3. Develop and maintain standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports to enhance project visibility.
  4. Collaborate with internal operations teams to refine internal workflows aligned with project processes.
  5. Organize and integrate digital project files within the system to ensure seamless information sharing.
  6. Maintain internal documentation and user guides for best practices to support future growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with construction software setup and configuration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization to analyze complex project data.
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows, including estimating, bidding, scheduling, and subcontracting.
  • Ability to work independently in a non-client-facing role.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
