Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This is a remote position that requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments. They will be proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office 365, with the ability to prepare and track project timelines and budgets.

  • Support construction projects from inception to completion, overseeing budgets, subcontractors, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate pre-construction activities, bid preparation, and project timelines.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and budgets, addressing risks and issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years of construction or project management experience or equivalent education.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Experience in residential construction, particularly townhouses, single-family homes, and small apartments.
  • Effective communication skills with subcontractors, vendors, and government agencies.
  • Ability to prepare and track project timelines and budgets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • A team player willing to work in a fast-paced, growing business.
