Job Description

The Resident Engineer - Electrical | Auxiliary is a vital member of the Construction Management team, responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of electrical and auxiliary aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Ensure timely completion of electrical and auxiliary work while maintaining safety and quality compliance.
  • Contractor Supervision: Monitor contractors to guarantee adherence to safety, quality, and technical standards in electrical and auxiliary work.
  • Electrical and Auxiliary Work: Oversee construction activities emphasizing safety, timeliness, and compliance with regulations.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in project management software and tools.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Possession of relevant professional certifications or licenses.
  • Experience in construction project management with a focus on electrical and auxiliary work.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, codes, and best practices in electrical and auxiliary engineering.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, analytical thinking, and adaptability.
