Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Citrix Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our infrastructure to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced technical support for infrastructure issues.
  • Manage and resolve client incidents and requests in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for customer environments.
  • Ensure adherence to information security policies and procedures at all times.
  • Serve as an escalation point for level one support teams.
  • Participate in Incident, Security, Problem, and Change Management processes as per ITIL Framework standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Infrastructure Citrix & Support role.
  • Experience as a Citrix Engineer/Administrator with responsibilities including support, implementation, and upgrades/migrations.
  • Proficiency in configuring and managing Citrix technologies, including XenDesktop and XenApp, Citrix NetScaler/ADC, StoreFront, Citrix Provisioning Services, and Citrix Cloud.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and management skills for Thin clients, Citrix licensing, PVS/MCS services, SSL Certificate Management, and Microsoft RDS & Terminal Services exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server 2012 or above, Network fundamentals, and experience with VMware vSphere 6.0 or above / Hyper V.

  • Previous experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP).
  • Microsoft Active Directory expertise, including DNS, DHCP, Site & Services, GPO.
  • Citrix Cloud experience.
  • Microsoft Virtual Desktop (AVD) familiarity.
  • Support for 2FA technologies, such as MFA, CyberArk, Okta.
  • Anti-Virus Technologies from a client level.
