**Job Title:** Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for supporting our Digital Marketing team by identifying business needs, analyzing data, and developing solutions that drive growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze data from digital marketing platforms to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.
  • Create reports and dashboards that empower marketing teams to utilize data effectively for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure buy-in and support for digital marketing projects.
  • Analyze digital marketing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of the organization's overall digital marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.

**Requirements:
  • Experienced candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or technology.
  • Tech-savvy, able to quickly learn new software and applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
