Job Overview

The Digital Content Strategist will lead the development and execution of content strategies across all digital platforms, building a strong community around our lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Development and Execution:
      Develop a content strategy that aligns with each brand's goals, voice, and customer journey from awareness to loyalty.
      Optimize for SEO by conducting keyword research and ensuring all content is search engine optimized to boost organic traffic.
      Create engaging content, writing and refining valuable on-brand content across various formats (blogs, social posts, email, etc.).
      Manage the content calendar, planning, scheduling, and tracking content production and publication.
  • Community Engagement and Management:
      Build and nurture active communities across digital platforms to drive loyalty and advocacy.
      Respond to comments, inquiries, and messages across channels.
      Create engaging community content and activations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Brand Alignment:
      Ensure cohesive messaging and collaboration across marketing, sales, and product teams.
      Align with internal teams on campaigns and messaging.
      Gather insights from product and support teams for content ideas.
  • Content Performance Analysis and Optimization:
      Use data to refine content strategy and improve ROI.
      Track and analyze performance metrics.
      Run A/B tests and identify optimization opportunities.
